In 3 rooms we have some patches of black mould that we'd like removed and if necessary the plaster in those parts of the ceilings to be replaced.

Total area effected is approx 3m x 0.1m. Areas are above windows in bedroom 1, 2 and bathroom.

The house is an end of terrace Victorian 2 bed house. The wall has been rendered and painted in the past. The paint has come off in quite a few places and the wall needs making good and then painting. I don't think it needs re-rendering. The house has a garage attached at ground floor level so it is only the "upstairs" that needs painting. Unfortunately the garage does not belong to me.
