At the end of a previous total apartment refurbishment there is a snag list of items the previous builder didn't finish before moving on to his next job. This list is about 30 small "clean up" items, mainly painting and decorating (touch ups etc.), but also some basic carpentry (adjusting doors etc.), and basic handyman items.

This would suit an experienced painter-decorator with basic carpentry skills who is available on weekends to take on some additional work.

One wall will require about 10 sheets of paper, the other around 7 sheets of paper. walls are clean n ready so paper can go straight on. One wall has 2 sockets plus an additional twin 4 plug socket. The other has a door frame plus a radiator.
