Looking for a quote for living room (approx 19 sq meters / 206 sq ft), two flights of stairs, small landing (approx 3.25 sq meters / 365 sq ft) and entrance hallway (approx 4.5 sq meters / 49 sq ft. Ceilings are approx 7'9", and one stairwell has a taller wall.

Want prep included, dont think walls dont need much prep, but skirting boards have some cracked paint to deal with, and a couple of corners need some filling.

Quote to include labour & materials please.

Also interested if you deal with removing artex, as have some ceilings with 'light' artexing which I would like skimming, but no problem if you don't, so don't have to include in quote.
