Hi, I have about 1 year ago had the small bedroom ceiling plastered. However, last week, bits of plaster have been coming off and the surrounding plaster left above looks loose. To me, it seems PVA glue was not applied prior to plastering? As I am not able to get hold of the guy who did this job, I am looking for someone to scrape off the badly done job of plastering and wallpaper it. The bedroom is not huge, dimension is approx 2.5m x 3m. I am looking to get this job done quickly and preferably weekend would suite me but can be flexible.

I have added a photo of the cieling. From looking at it, it is indicative that the plaster can be scraped off eaily.
