We are looking to convert our attic space for storage. We would like the floor boarding, sides & ceiling plasterboarded & skimmed, a velux window fitted & lighting fitted (currently has a single bulb light up there). The property is a semi detached 1930's house. Loft access is currently via fitted loft ladders which are quite new however we would maybe need the loft hatch made bigger.
