Lay flooring in Loft and fit loft ladder

  • Location: Oxford
  • Hired: ecothermsollar
  • Trade: Loft Conversions
Job Description

We would like to have flooring put down in the loft as well as a loft ladder fitted. This would only be used for very light storage (i.e. suitcases) and therefore no plumbing, electrical or reinforcement work should be required...it is simply putting down some flooring for storage use + loft ladder.

The area to lay down flooring in the loft is approx 5M x 3.4M and there are two ceiling lights to work around. All materials, ladder, flooring will be supplied. We would like to get the work done as soon as possible.
