This is not a complete loft conversion. We are looking to enlarge an existing loft hatch to one approximately 1400 x 700 mm. As there was a previous permanent staircase there are no constraints from joists. Also to fit a good wooden loft ladder. (The loft will only be for storage as it needs lots of work for anything else.)
