I would like a concertina ladder (doesn't need to be electric), as they look like they take up less space and are easy to operate.

I have spent some time cleaning the loft space and want several people to quote for installing a ladder system and insulation/boarding out the loft so we can use it for storage.

I would also like to investigate the possibility of putting some plasterboard up on the ceiling to lessen the dust problem up there.
