Proper stairs up and hallway on 2nd floor to be created. Hipped roof to be made into gable end. Please include all costs in your quote.

1930s semi bungalow needing refurbished but want to start with refurb of partially converted loft to include unconverted area being insulated, floored, lined etc to make 1 large loft space maybe with built in storage but advice needed for this. Converted space - completed in 1998 - has permission already (building warrant) and has approved staircase access, a velux installed but will probably need new one, a radiator and a power point.
