Due to expanding family I need to convert the loft to living space.
This job will include the following.
Supply Loft Ladder (Drop down type on to Landing) or permanent stair case over the existing stairs and create a new hatch.
Move the wood that supports the Purlin.
Create the structure insulated and plastered within the loft.
Fit a Velux Window.

We have recently moved into a house in Haringey, North London. The majority of the loft space had already been converted into a bedroom when we moved in. The remaining space at the back of the house was left unconverted. The space is (very approximately) 8 m long, by 3m wide by 2m tall. Here are some photos of its current state:

As you can see, it's a little rough up there at the moment. We would like to make this loft space usable for storage. It needs to be cleaned up with some wooden boards put down and strengthened if necessary so that we can walk around, and store boxes, suitcases etc up there. We would also like a light installed, a loft ladder and a new hinged hatch door.

Removal of old water tanks from loft as preparation of loft for insulation and flooring. (Intended use is storage only.) Loft contains approx. 4 or 5 old water tanks, at least two of which are metal. Some contain water. None are used. There are also old copper pipes. I would like at least the tanks removed to allow the loft to be used as storage space but potentially also the pipes.
