Im looking to carry out a basic loft conversion to provide additional storage space in my (too small) house.

I would like to :

a) strengthen the floor and board
b) move the access to the main bedroom
c) install a set of spacesaver stairs rather than a pull down loft ladder
d) install 2 velux windows

It is a 2 bedroom semi-detached house built in 1890 (ish). The size of the loft (floor) space is approximately 19m2.

No electrics, plumbing or plastering required as its only for storage. Just need a clean space to put stuff in.

I have a bedroom at the top of my victorian house. It's too hot during the summer and cold in winter so we can't sleep in it (due to it being nr the roof). I need some insulation & plasterboard etc installing internally to cover two of the current walls and the curved ceiling to act as a barrier to the heat. I am looking for 3 quotes then would like to hire someone soon. thank you.
