Convert single room loft space into storage space, with new floorboarding, new lighting, electric double socket and shelves. We don't want a window but we do want it cleaning out before work starts. We may also need a new ladder and a larger access hatch. We own the house freehold. size is about 13ft x 13ft. work to second fix completion standard. I don't think we need plans or Building regs.

Loft needs boarding please. It has insulation but IF any additional insulation is required, I would like for that as well.
