Job Description

We have partially converted our loft with steels installed and a floating floor. It is insulated and boarded and has electrics. Present access is via hatch and ladder but we would like to make the space part of the house. It does not need planning permission and has not been passed through building control and we do not intend to make the space a bedroom just a loft room. Therefore compact stairs are required that do not deprive the floor below of a bedroom. We would need 2 radiators to be added to our heating system to provide heat in the winter. Also some doors will need adding to our eaves storage to retain heat in the loft room. Some modifications to electrics would also be required to allow the works to take place.

Floor space is roughly 7.5 meters by 4.7 meters.
Install joists, a new hatch, lighting and a loft ladder. Also line attic wall with durable timber and fit a built in clothes rail.
Would like the work done in the next 2-3 weeks.
Advise on layout and access required.
