Clearance of approx 2 ton scrap steel
Demolition of 3m x 4m brick pigsty
Felling of one medium sized apple tree, removal of stump
Erection of 12m 1.2m high chain link fence and beech/holly hedging

Option for either
a) Removal of 80m2 contaminated topsoil to approx 200mm deep and import of fresh soil. levelling compact and good quality turf.

or
