Hi

I would like some decking constructing in our garden. The job is very straightforward, a basic 'L' shape running across the rear of the house and along a garage wall to and open square area. Total area is apporx 19m2. First section straight boards 5m by 2.5m the section running along garage 2.5mx1m, then open area at rear of garage to end of garden 4x4.5m

The ground is firm and level..do not want the decking lowered so will have 10cm gap along walled areas, easy access for tools and materials through garage direct to garden.

We have pulled up paving bricks from an area of 8.5 x 8.6 metres. We require 2 inches of topsoil laid, and turf on top of that. We would like a quote for the entire job, including materials and labour. We have already been quoted £650, and are looking for a lower quote than that. We don't need posh grass, just run-of-the-mill for kids to romp around on. We make nice cups of tea and biscuits. =)
