Current measurements of the lawn are 2.65m x 5.25m, I would like to increase it to 3.32m x 5.94m meaning that you would need to cut the plastic under decorative stones surrounding the lawn and make the borders with the stones narrower. You would supply the new turf (grass should be suitable for shady area).

Will also need the garden fencing re-aligned to the shed moving the concrete posts and replacing the wooden panels.
2. Two patio areas with a linking garden path. One outside the shed 2m to 3 m deep; the patio outside the rear of the house to run by the side (3.5m by approx 2m wide including 2 manhole covers) and extended into the garden for about 3m further - garden width approx 4.5m. would like the patio stones to be Indian sandstone style with Tegula edging.
