We need help to remove a wooden garden deck at the rear of the house that currently prevents adequate drainage. We would like to rearrange the area to allow for adequate drainage. The work would also involve some landscaping.

Require gardening person(s) to cut overgrown (fine) grass and trim back overgrowing bushes etc in a for sale property which has been a bit neglected due to lack of time. Has not been cut since end of May. Quite a large area of back garden i.e. 1/10 of an acre approx. Front garden been cut 3 weeks ago but needs attention too.
Would take two people a day´s work I would estimate.
There are 2 lawnmowers and all other tools, but would require strimming first.
I cannot supply the strimmer.
It also needs the cuttings removed when job finished.

I am looking for a landscape gardener / builder to construct approximately 30 sq m of decking with a step between 2 levels and 8 metres of 6ft high vertical hit and miss fencing.

6. If possible (without adverse health effects) pollard Ash tree (10m height) to side wall to appropriate height to avoid future trouble with overhead telephone wires or continued growth effecting garden wall.

Completion - within one month.
