I am looking for an experienced gardener to deal with our soggy and patchy garden (which probably needs a new lawn), and to give it a general make-over. I would like a free quotation.

Garden is approximately 80 sq. metres. Approximately 60 sq. metres currently contains a mossy lawn, with a large shrub in the middle. The rest had a membrane with gravel on, but the membrane has been severely damaged and there is now some unwanted growth in this area.
Membrane and current mossy lawn needs to be completely removed plus the shrubs in the middle of the lawn, as well as a couple of stems of unwanted ivy and bamboo need to be dug out and removed. The entire area then needs fresh turf apart from a small border along the back sides of the area which should be left ready for planting.
The only access to the garden is through the house and we require workers that are neat, clean and will tidy up after themselves.

We're rying to make the quite shady garden usable all year round for children. The garden is small - 19m (at longest point) x 5.6 m. Access via shared back alleyway.We'd like 2 small concrete patios and steps removed and some new steps constructed (probably out of decking boards). Then artificial grass lawn laid.
