Hi.
Im after a decking construction 2.5m x 4m in my garden its currently just dirt. it would need to be raised about 1 or 2 feet, very uneven garden.
Im after something basic, B&Q reversible decking wood is fine, i just want a basic but good finish so i dont want to attempt it myself.

Compress garden rubble/hardcore and prepare 5m2 area of side garden as required in readiness for concrete flag paving. Include for removing excess garden rubble as necessary and preparing substrate for the paving.

Carefully lift approximately 9m2 (895 x 595mm concrete flags) and re-use to pave side garden as described above. Include for all work necessary to cut and lay paving stones to suit triangular area.

Excavate area of ground in the back garden, immediately beneath kitchen window. Approximate area 3.5m2 x 300mm deep. Area already excavated 300mm. Excavation to install a pond sump 1200 x 800 x 600mm deep

Further excavate a small trench and form 2500mm long x 300mm wide x 200mm deep concrete footing taking care not to disturb any existing drains. All excavations to be carried out by hand.

Construct small 1 brick thick wall 2500mm x 550mm long to form retaining wall separating the pond from the main house. Wall to support granite paving to edge the pond.

Prepare excavated area with sand lining and install pond sump (supplied by client). Infill excavation to secure in place ensuring sump is level and positioned to enable granite paving slabs to lay over the perimeter edge.

Prepare ground following the removal of the existing paving slabs and cut back small area of turf in readiness to install new granite paving blocks, approximate area 16m2 (supplied by client). Include for all work necessary to cut and lay granite paving to surround rectangular pond and form angular patio area dictated by the shape of the garden.

Include for removing all garden / building construction debris.
