I need a back and front garden tidied up, preferably this week. It will probably take about a half day.

Basically, it is a sloping back garden that is around 30 feet by 20 ft. It is mainly lawn, with plants and shrubs around a border.

The front is quite small – there is a beech hedge that needs trimmed, and an area of grass that needs cut and tidied, around 12ft by 6ft.

Neither garden has been tended for around 8 months as the house has been vacant, and I’m about to move in.

You would have to bring a lawnmower and any other implements needed.

I’m also interested in regular maintenance once it is sorted.

I'd also like a quote to re-lay two areas of patio. One is 15ft x 11ft and the other is about 18ft x 12ft.

The flagstones are fine, there just isn't enough cement beneath them, so there are gaps in places. Some of the brick edging has come loose too and needs refixed.

Also, I need a 28 feet long flag edge retaining wall - very short height, at the end of a decking area that leads on to a lawn. I'd like a step built in the middle. I have flag stones that were lifted elsewhere in the garden.
