I have a large overgrown garden that is desperately in need of clearing. Basically, I want everything pulled up apart from trees and large plants. Also disposal of waste.

I am looking for someone to lay a new patio and new steps, plus replacement of two small walls that divide the patio and garden area.
Patio area is approximately 6.13m by 8.59m, plus side of house access of 89cm by 8.4m (approx).
The current patio is uneven, so the new patio will need a solid foundation.
Ideally I'd like sandstone tiles with small stone walls (replacing the old brick ones).

The whole job will require:
• Remove current patio (which extends to the side of the house)
• Remove two small brick walls, which separate patio and lawn area
• Remove steps in front of patio doors and railing that is attached
• Lay new patio, including new semi-circular steps from patio doors
• Build two new small walls to match the new patio (please quote for this, although we are still undecided whether these are needed).

Completely over grown garden needs clearing. Mainly weeds on slate chip surface. 3 Laurel bushes to be removed. ALso small front garden of only 4m2 to be done as well. After this work is done will be look for quotes for fencing, decking and paving and maybe some brickwork. Then regular maintenance after. Main garden is approx 40ft wide and 20ft deep and most of the area is taken up by 2 ponds. House owners have both had leg surgery and have been unable to attend to garden this year. We have a garden roughly 100ft long, the second have of which is a complete mess. It is hugely uneven and has several patches of concrete. We require around 50ft of fencing and a complete tidy of the area. We would like the area to be lawn but we are open to suggestions. I would like the steps on the left hand side moved and filled of the raised area and plastered and new steps cut in to the middle of the raised area. Once the steps have been made patio slabs put down on the raised area.

I would also like the steps to follow up into the grassed area where the timber retaining wall is, i would like these go into the garden and not encroach the slabbed area.

The wall is brick built and i believe that the material underneath is chalk.
