We have just bought a new house in whitstable and the back garden needs to be done. It has been levelled and topsoiled but it is starting to grow weeds.

The area is approx 100 sq metres and rectangular, flat and fenced in. We are looking for a level lawn area, not to big and the rest should be easy maintenance. At present it is a blank canvas waiting for ideas.

The time scale is ideally September. The earlier the better but we can wait for right person.
