approx 20ft x 10ft garden to the rear of my house needs completely cleared and replaced with low maintenance solutions incorporating planting areas possibly raised using sleepers. I would need a new fence to the left of the garden which has been blown down during recent high winds. in the back garden I would need a hard standing area for a shed in the future. To the front of the house there is a small patio area which has a cracked wall to the left from tree roots I will nee that rebuilt and patio area relaid also new steps to my front door. To finish off the front I would like a new perimiter fence preferably rod iron however I am open to suggestions. At this stage it is only a quote but I hope to have sufficient funds in 2-3 months to enable the work to be completed.

Overview.
Existing patio to rear of 1930 semi-detached property is of concrete and in bad condition being cracked and not very level. This patio measures 5 meter by 5 meters. It is level with the damp course of the property meaning that I cannot install cavity wall insulation. The patio joins a sloping lawn.

Description of work
I want the old concrete patio removed and replaced with new level surface (finish to be determined - either fresh concrete or slabs, I'm also open to suggestions).

Also required is to install a 6 inch wide X 6 inch deep trench 10 meters long, around the rear perimeter of the property filled with stone chippings, along the damp course.

Build a small retaining wall along the lawn perimeter. (Material to be decided, either of brick or salvaged sleepers, also open to suggestions)

There is also a set of 6 steps leading from the patio up to the lawn that will need to be rebuilt.

I will require all old materials and spoils to be removed from the site.

Important note
As there is limited access to the rear of the property meaning that it is not possible to use a mechanical digger but there is enough width for the use of a wheelbarrow.
