* Some deweeding around the walk way
* Front hedge needs to be trimmed

- Put up a wooden screen on the back wall as high as the highest wall
- Put up a wooden screen on the dividing wall from next door

PAVING
- Pave the lower part of the garden on top of the paving that is there

- Remove paving at the back of the garden and replace with grass
- remove high borders
- make a new border at the same level with new soil

SHED
- put up a large garden shed in the corner
- have a small path to the garden shed

GENERAL
- keep the victorian tiles
- make the drains/ doorsteps etc tidy

PLANTING
- Some planting around the edges, tbc

FRONT GARDEN
- put new paving and tidy up border

We are looking to refurbish our garden with paving and decking.

The garden is approx. 4mx4m (16sq meters). We would like to have it completely paved with sandstone. Currently the soil is irregular and slight hight difference.

And a space next to an annex which is approx 1,70mx6.70m, where we want to use decking. This part of the garden is having a concrete base.

Except for the irregular soil, remnants of a lawn, there is no other material, plants, rubble that needs to be removed.

Hello, I have a small narrow garden in which I would like to expand the terrace to double its size (will be approximately 3.20 by 6 metres)
Also there is dying grass under my sons trampoline, and I would like that dug up and covered with some bark/wood like material. The are that needs covering is about 3.2 by 5 metres.

If I have budget left the bit in between these two areas would need digging up and planting (3.2 by 5 metres) with maybe some raised beds and a path through it.

Hi, I am looking for a landscaper who can transform my garden. I would like to replace the fencing to one side of the garden, two patios (sandstone) one at either end of the garden to make the most of the sun. The concrete base where a conservatory once stood needs to be broken up and lowered to avoid the air vents to the property. Turf to be laid with paving slabs/stepping stones connecting the two patios

Looking for someone who can give ideas and suggestions to get the most from my garden and would like a low maintenance garden that looks spacious and modern.
