Hi

I have 12sqm of 600mm x 400mm x 10mm slate paving to lay. Part of it (6.5sqm is to replace an existing path which I will lift) and the rest will be new (so will need digging out etc).

The supplier has recommended that it is laid on a 2" wet mix on a type 1 base and has also recommended we use a bonding agent (as slate is apparently notorious at bonding).

I'd like the work done next week (or as soon as possible)

I will cover waste disposal. I'm also happy to supply materials (just need confirmation on what quantities and I'll order).

I have a garden pond that was built before I bought the property, which due to having small children and afraid they will fall in, I would like removing. The pond is built above and below ground level. Once the pond is removed I would like the area filled with soil and turfed.

I would also like the patio extended. I have a large amount of paving slabs that I would like to try and reuse if possible to achieve this.

The removal of the pond is the most important

On small raised area of garden, move shed which I think is 7x5ft (or build new shed altogether) to new location just behind where it is now. Removal of small amount of concrete may be required (maybe could be used as hardcore?). Landscape remaining raised area currently grass and flowerbeds, to include a seating area, possibly with mixture of gravel/paving. Excavate and install pre-formed 5.5 x 4ft pond (already got) and prepare ground for and install 3-part pre-formed concrete water cascade above (already got). Also to level out 7x8ft bit of ground in front of shed and lay slabs (already got). I should say, I have 20 large rockery stones, but don't yet have sand or materials for cement. nor do I have anything for building retaining walls should they be required.
