We currently have a raised decking area on the side of the house accessed through patio doors from the lounge. It is raised by about 1 meter. It has a wooden balustrade and the whole thing is built with wood. We want to replace it to be brick built, and instead of a wooden floor, to have some sort of tiles. The wooden railings would also be replaced with metal. The whole area is approx 5 x3 meters and there are steps down to the garden below. We also require the existing patio doors to be replaced.

I'm looking for a quote to landscape an area so that I can erect a shed. The area will need clearing and I would like some fencing put around the shed. A concrete base is preferred and I'm open to ideas and suggestions. There is a tree stump which I believe will need removing and some clearing of overgrowth.
Its probably best if you come and take a look.
Seperately I would also like a quote to clear a grassed area to be gravelled for off road parking.

Re-lay approx 16m2 of concrete paving slabs on a sand/mortar base.
Lay brick edging/mowing strip around the lawn on a concrete footing.
Build 2-brick-high walls around flower bed and veg patch. Veg patch has existing concrete footing (where greenhouse removed) to act as footing.
Total brick edging and walls approx. 35 linear m.
Create new path at the end of the lawn, approx. 3.5m long and 700mm wide in a herringbone brick pattern.
Dig out lavender where new path is going. Clear weeds from vegetable patch. Cut back ivy, move and empty the compost bins in order to re-lay the paving.
Access through garden back gate (opens directly onto a quiet service road with parking).
Quote to be all-inclusive.
We have one quote already but the builder can't start until July. We want the work done as soon as possible.
