At the back of my garden there is a very old and uneven paved slab area that is partly overgrown. I think there is some cement and hardcore underneath. I would like this removed and taken away. I would like to be left with soil as the top layer.

It it not possible to get heavy machinery in, so will probably have to be quite a manual job.

I'd also like a 17ft by 10ft area of this area leveled, sand put down and then new paving slabs put on top, ready for a shed.

We have a very small back garden with dilapidated (& missing in parts) fences. Three unweildy conifers that we would like removing. The back fence taken down so that the garden can extend a few extra feet to the school wall behind. It used to be an alleyway but many of our neighbours have extended their gardens this way.
