I need my new kitchen fitting. I have a plan which was drawn up by Howdens and I have had all the units and fittings delivered, just need someone to fit it in for me. There are three units to fit and worktops to install. Part of the plan is to open up the chimney breast in order to install a range cooker in there. This will require the gas connection extending, addtional plug sockets installing and the current gas cooker removing.

Additional info: The worktop is solid wood and will require cutting to size. Also one of the units will need cutting to size to fit the existing belfast sink.
The work to the chimney breast will involve raising and widening the opening, putting a new lintel in higher up and also installing the required electrics and gas lines for a dual fuel range cooker. I would also like some tiling doing as part of this job.

We would like a price to fit a new b and q kitchen which we will be ordering over the next week.

There are 4 base units, 1 drawer unit, 1 wall unit, 1 wine rack unit and a 1200 floor to ceiling high unit which houses integrated electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

The kitchen dimensions that require units are 3000 by 1887. The 1200 unit will be situated separately to this.

We will require the extractor hood and hob to be fitted, these are new additions and will require a new electric point each. Additionally the unit that houses the microwave, electric oven and fried freezer will also require an electric point installing.

The sink and tap will be new and will need to be installed however they remain in the same location and do not require additional plumbing works. No additional works will be required with washing machine either.

One of the units is to house the combi gas boiler. Currently the pipe work is boxed in – these materials will need to be reaffixed.

We will require the laminate worktops to be fitted with one join and space cut out for the sink and electric hob.

We will remove the old kitchen ourselves.

We are looking for the work to be carried out around the beginning to mid February.
