Ducting is the low profile type not the circular one, so the job is to take out a brick so the ducting can slide in. Does not need a core drill to do this job.

I am looking to fit the new kitchen as pictured (around 2.25m x 2.88m), which may include (but not limited to) the following:

Remove existing sink and hob/oven unit (all other base/wall units already removed)

Build and fix all cabinets (B&Q flatpack IT range- already purchased):
1000 mm base corner unit
925 x 925 mm base corner unit
150 mm drawer cabinet
500 mm soft close 3 drawer cabinet
1000 mm wall cabinet
625 x 625 mm wall corner unit
500 mm wall unit
500 mm open wall unit
Pelmet
Cornice
Plinth

Extend gas supply (currently positioned on the wall next to its new position)
Extend duct pipe (currently positioned on the wall next to its new position)
Remove / blank out two electric sockets which are now above the new hob
Modify current single electric socket into a double

Fit following appliances:
600 mm integrated dishwasher
600 mm integrated gas hob and electric oven
600 mm integrated hood / extractor
Piping/wiring etc for washing machine

Fit around 14 rod handles

Plumb and fit sink, waste, taps etc

Wickes worktops to be cut and fitted into a u-shape, with cuts for sink/hob etc.
Also attach edging tape.

Attach Wickes worktop upstand

Tiling of all three relevant walls (area between the top cabinets and upstand)

Other modifications/fittings if required- basically to fit everything apart from the flooring.

I am based in Kings Heath, and very flexible in terms of when the work is to take place, and the day/times you intend to work. It will in fact be a perfect filler job as the kitchen is currently not in use, so there is no rush to get it up and running again.
