Need new sink with set in new tap, repair cupboard and new worktop around whole kitchen. Very helpful tenant. We have been let down by a couple of tradesmen due to their different family issues and so are keen to get this sorted for our tenant as soon as possible as she has only had hot water in the kitchen for some time now. Please advise if you can quote and time estimate.
