Hi, i am looking for someone to fit a new kitchen. Its quite small and there is only around 8 units. I would like a boiler boxed in and some tiling work done as well. New worktop to be put on, new sink and taps. Already have existing gas hob and electric oven which I am keeping. I would either be happy for someone to supply and fit or someone just to fit.

My budget for supply and fit would be £1200 maximum if this was possible. My budget for fit and tiling would be £600.00 maximum.

Installation services required to install and Ikea kitchen, need joinery, plumbing and electrical work. Its a very small and awkward shape (approx 13ft X 5ft) so units required to be modified to fit, as does the worktop (oak worktop to be ordered). Includes installation of:

- Base and wall units
- Dishwasher
- Extractor fan to outside wall
- Ceramic Hob
- Fan Oven
- Sink

Additional works
- Cutting off the gas supply for the kitchen (arranging with the gas engineer?)
- Plumbing a washing machine into a hallway cupboard (next to bathroom water supply)
- Installing additional electric sockets / moving cooker switch (in hallway cupboards and in kitchen)
- Upgrading the fuse box (currently system that uses fuse wire not switches)
