We require removal of old kitchen & fitting of new kitchen.
Old kitchen includes removal of wall tiles, oven/hob/fan, units.
Homebase kitchen units. Room size approx 2mx3m rectangle. Tiled floor staying. Electrics and plumbing outlet remaining where they are; washing machine remaining but new dishwasher to be fitted/plumbed. Fridge/freezer remaining where it is.
1 x ceiling height larder, 3 x wall units, new oven/extractor fan hood/hob, 1 x corner unit, 1 x floor unit, 1 x unit for new dishwasher. Wooden worktops. All will be delivered on 4th May.
In addition we need new tiling although would be prepared to do this ourselves if necessary.

We are looking for someone to re fit part of our kitchen as we had to take two cupboards out. Look into drawers as dont close properly. Put on all the kick boards.

Finish tiling the kitchen, and then mastic the edges and around the sink. Finish putting up the extractor on the hood.

Fit our wooden bath surround.

I would really like to have the kitchen bits put back in my the weekend if possible.

I am replacing my existing kitchen with a new one from IKEA called 'Abstrakt' that requires assembly and fitting. Existing appliances will be used, I don't need any parts supplied. The worktop will be either corian or quartz and would need to be fitted also (not ordered this yet). The wall between the kitchen and hallway needs to be reduced in length also to make way for worktop. Thanks

Scope:

Removal of old units
Rewire Kitchen with 5 double sockets, new consumer unit, 5 recessed spotlights, plus power for integrated appliances.
Re plaster ceiling and under stairs, and paint walls.
Re-tile concrete floor with travertine tiles & decoupling membrane.
Wall tiling approx 3.5m2
Fit new howdens kitchen, with iroko worktops and inset sink and gas hob.
Plumbing work needed is very minimal as item positions almost the same as old.
Build in small shelf into corner under stairs.

Floor and wall tiles, decoupling membrane for floor, all appliances, sink and tap, ceiling light fittings. Splashback to purchased towards the end of fitting to ensure correct fitment.

I need someone with a router, jig and some skills to help fit my worktops. They're 40mm oak block from Ikea, 600mm deep. I have 2 cuts to make, which need to be bolted and biscuit dowelled (I already have bolts, not dowels). Also need a hole for the hob and sinks cut.
