Cut hole in 2000cm Duropal worktop to fit sink and cut worktop length to fit over units. Trim and fit side trim to worktop. Trim and fit skirting panel. Fit sink and new tap. Please note existing tap water supplies have isolation valves.

Approx 14 door handles to be attached
2 drawers to be made up and fitted
One oven housing to be finished, including under housing drawer

End panels and corner posts to be fitted.

Move existing 4 drawer unit from under worktop so there is space for a washing machine under the existing worktop. Reposition this unit on another wall and add new worktop over it (length to be advised, around 1.5m) - this worktop to extend wider than the unit and have a chrome pole for support. To install the carcases (excluding doors and most of the fittings) for an IKEA fitted kitchen.

To create and leave cut-outs for 3 power-outlets

The kitchen has 9 x 90cm tall wall cupboards. The base units (x7) are to be fitted by batons and legs – there is a plinth but this should be left as removable as electrical work will be done under it at a later date.

The kitchen is approx 3m x 3m and 2.8m high. The floor is newly tiled. The kitchen (presently in flat-pack) sink, tap, and cooker hood are at the house.

Our kitchen needs to be done. Work involves: disposing existing old kitchen, fitting the new kitchen that includes cabinets, wiring, plumbing, appliances, flooring, painting walls and the odd things such as hob extractor fitting needed to finish the kitchen. Work will be scheduled between last week of December and first week of Jan 2013 (date not changeable). If you cannot take up the job within this schedule please do not bid.

Kitchen is already planned and all fittings, appliances will be provided. When bidding, please ask via email for kitchen plan which includes measurements, what goes where, etc.

Need someone to identify dishwashers that will fit under counter (recess dimensions are 81.5 cm max height from floor; 60 cm width). We will choose from the list, order online and have it delivered. The tradesperson will then need to visit and install it. I am happy to measure the recess space and give measurements online/over phone if that makes things go quicker. There was an integrated dishwasher installed previously in the space so expect no issues with plumbing/electrical connections.
