Job Description

Just bought a flat in Royston, the kitchen units and floor should be repaired ASAP, all kitchen units are 1000cm, there are 3 base units and 2 wall units, kitchen units are good, but the units door need to be replaced completely. Worktop to be replaced with new worktop, with buit-in hobs and electric oven at the bottom，then box up boiler on the wall.

Replace vinyle floor for the kitchen and hallway area.

All of job should be started fairly quickly.

Width of the hall way (the widest bit): 107 cm
Worktop width: 51~52 cm
Width of kitchen floor (from door to kitchen units, not include kitchen units): 150 + 83 = 233. If include kitchen units: 233 + 52 = 285
Length of kitchen floor:
Big cabinet in kitchen with door floor to ceiling: width: 62 from wall to outer edge of the wood frame of cabinet door
Kitchen units on the left between left wall and cooker: width of the kitchen unit: 50cm
Kitchen units on the right hand side of cooker: width of the kitchen unit: 100 cm
Kitchen units from floor to top of the worktop: 90cm
Sink is on top of the base unit: total width: 100 cm, depth: 50cm (wall to front edge)
Worktop from sink to righthand side of wall: width 61cm.
Between the kitchen wall unit and the wall, there is a panel of 12 cm to fill in the gap
Window width: 116 cm
Width of the boiler: 36 cm -> need to be boxed up by a kitchen wall unit
Cooker width: 60 cm

Bathroom to be renovated as well. Take out disabled seats on the wall and reposition the mira electric shower. Install a shower cube with pluming in place.

Lounge carpet need a thorough clean

Tiling the kitchen floor. Replace the hallway carpet into new carpet. Liang is going to supply the tiles and carpet.

I have hired Nathan (NP carpentry) on 11th April 2013. The job is expected to be started on 22nd April and finished before 3rd May (2 weeks).

My kitchen is approx 3.4m X 3.3m. I have designed the new layout and purchased new flat-pack units from Wickes, so require a fit-only service. New Bosch appliances have also been purchased and require to be fitted only.

The units will be installed in an 'L' shaped layout and consist of the following:

1no tall housing for integrated fridge/freezer
1no tall housing for integrated oven + microwave oven
4no 600 wide base units
1no corner base unit
1no integrated low level freezer
1no integrated dishwasher
2no 600 wide wall units
1no 300 wide wall unit
1no corner wall unit
1no integrated extract unit
1no ceramic 1.5 bowl and drainer inset sink
2no solid oak worktop to be formed in 'L' shape over base units

Kitchen is currently stripped and undergoing decoration remedial works. All plumbing and electrics will be ready for new connections.

I require the work to be done week commencing 8th December 2008.
