I am looking to find a reputable tradesman to quote and assist me in getting my elderly Grandad's kitchen re-fitting. The dimensions of the room are 7ft x 11ft (max), he currently has 8 old units and an old double drainer sink that needs removing and renewing. New formica worktops will be needed to provide him more worktop space. A brand new electric point on one wall and new replacement "facias" on two electric points on other wall. Tiles to be removed (155 max) including around window and replaced with 6" x 6" gloss cream tiles. Ideally if you could re-paint the walls, ceiling and gloss existing built in cupboard doors too that would be great. We have not currently purchased the new units though we could do either, buy materials for you or you can quote to include all materials needed. Please note that he lives in a first floor flat and removal of all old materials will be needed too. All appliances are electric and freestanding.
