I need advice and quotation for the following please:

1. I want to replace a built-under oven and hob with freestanding cooker. Would like hob and built-under oven removed and counter top cut,(+trim provided on cut edges?),ready for installation of freestanding cooker.
2. I am also replacing washing machine with a washer- dryer, but previous space for dryer was made into a cupboard and hose to wall buried under cupboard floor.Need to retrieve or find alternative.

Would prefer kitchen experts who can give advice and quotation in December and do the work first half January.
