Take out kitchen cupboard in new home and fit slimline dishwasher in the housing available, fit with door closed to conceal in keeping with the kitchen. Bit fiddly but can be done easily by a trained person. No plumbing required already plumbed. But electrical supply will be needed.
I have had this job assessed by other carpenters/joiners kitchen professionals, so I am told it can be done.

Have lots of other carpentry work coming up for a good reliable trades-person.

The job is fitting a B&Q white gloss kitchen. It's comprised of 14 units (6 of them are wall hanging) plus some spacers and dividers for standalone washing machine/dish washer. Also electric oven, gas hob and hood. Laminate worktop needs to be professionally cut and installed, including sink and gas hob. Plumbing and gas to be connected (no pipe relocation required). The old kitchen has been removed. The room has been prepared for the work so no decoration or structural work necessary.

The kitchen room size is 6115x2370, and the kitchen when installed will occupy slightly less than a half of that. It will be a U shape arrangement.

Kitchen, worktops and appliances have been delivered and are all ready for the installation.

Work can start next week (14th onwards) and to be finished by the end of January.

Experienced kitchen fitter/carpenter required for 2 days work, preferably on the 19th/20th of March.

- I will be stripping out the existing units so the room should be bare (or 90% at least)
- The units will all be arriving pre-built so it's just a case of positioning and securing them to one another and the walls. There are cabinets down two sides of a galley kitchen, so approx 10-12 cabinets of varying sizes plus several wall cabinets.
- Wooden worktops need cutting down to size, plus securing and cut outs for sink and hob made. 1 2.3m straight run and a 2.7m L shaped run.
- Wooden upstands need cutting to length, plus mitreing
- Plinths and end panels all need to be cut to length and installed (4 end panels + 5 metres of plinth)
- Hanging the two wall cabinets
- Mounting the chimney extractor hood
- Installing door furniture (doors are pre-hung so just handles)
- Making good where required

(The plumber will be sorting the gas and water connections so no need to worry about those).

Please let me know availability and experience. Preference will obviously be given to those trades who are fairly local.

I'm looking for someone to put together a design for my kitchen and Cary out the work. It's a typical Victorian terrace with a galley kitchen. Before the fitting job starts I will be removing all the old units and will be getting a damp specialist in to solve damp issues and replaster. I will need someone who is able to commit to a date to commence the work immediately after the damp company finish. I see the job starting with tiling he floor (I already have the tiles) and the moving onto the units. There is nothing out of the ordinary about the kitchen that I require although the job will involve boxing in a boiler and some pipe work and some minor reorganisation or plumbing and electrics. I'm not moving any gas or cooker electric points just making sure that the dishwasher and washing machine get hot and cold water plus moving Worksop sockets to fit the new layout. Under unit lights are also required. I'm looking for all appliances to be built in and for the job to start middle to end of February although dates can be flexible if its the right thing for me to do.

We have bought some second hand kitchen units, which are old but serviceable, and we are hoping we can turn them into a smart, traditional style kitchen. These will be supplemented with a couple of new units, including a belfast sink.

We are looking to have an oak worktop fitted, and will need cornicing/side panels etc that we can paint along with the doors to achieve a matching finish.

As the units we have bought were from a different sized kitchen, there will need to be some resizing / creative joinery to make them fit.

We are hoping to have the work finished by the end of September so please only respond if you can quote next week and are available in the weeks after that.

Kitchen needs to be fitted- all units have been fitted by a builder (minus some of the doors)- but the units need re-jigging as some dont mate up properly. Installed a new kitchen 3 years ago with granite worktops. Granite fitter decided to add silicone glue and not attach the easy installation G clips from Frankie. Now the sink is slowly giving way. Ordered a tube of Rotabond 2000 adhesive and G clips as advised by the manufactures. Instructions are downloaded.
