Plan to remove wall between kitchen and dining room prior to installation of kitchen (this can be two separate jobs or all together). old kitchen will need to be removed (similar number of cabinets and appliances).

Tiling of kitchen required along with dining room (3.05m x 2.92) and utility (3m x 1.6m).

We don't have much space and don't really want to extend in our dining room so guess the layout will have to be more or less the same which isn't a problem although at the moment washer is in the dining room which we would like in the kitchen some how.
