Job Description

Loft space is 6m by 5m. Original insulation needs replacing where it was pulled up by electrician fitting downlights. In addition, an extra layer needs to be overlaid to raise to 300mm total.
Job to be done to current regs, including cutting to size, keeping vents clear, placing under cable runs where practical, etc.
I already have the materials.

Also, make good mortar run (4m) on gable end where some hs blown out due to freezing weather.
Accessible from ladder - no need to go on roof. Estimated about 45 mins work

Job Description

The ceilings have been lowered in my old terraced house , but the old failed ceilings have not been removed. I need to get the loft insulated as the house is cold, but to do this the failed ceilings and debris need removing first.
