Insulation jobs in Welwyn, Hertfordshire

Job Description

This requires other skills than insulation - please advise if any elements need to be posted separately.
Need builder with insulation experience to undertake the following:
- lay insulation (glass fibre/wool) in eaves (accessible via cupboards at back and front of property), leaving necessary space for ventilation
- build (with plasterboard or brick) proper separation between party walls in front eaves cupboard for fire regulation purposes
- clear (of two large pieces of furniture) and plasterboard landing eaves cupboard (currently exposed to rafters), make removable boxing for pipework, plaster/paint, put in hanging rails
- relocate pendant light in front room/explore possibility of using halogen spots
- use plasterboard celotex to line ceilings of 2 rooms and of landing (over steep stairwell), skim plaster and paint (also open to using sempatap insulating wallpaper so advice on effectiveness of both solutions would be welcome)
- change glass in two small velux windows
