My flat in Leeds (which I currently let) has 3 jobs that need doing:
1. Repair the electric oven - the tenant says that the fuse blows when he turns on
2. An electric heater has partially come off the wall and needs re-attaching
3. The toilet seat has broken and so probably needs a new seat.
