I understand there is a hole in the ground between my mother's house & her neighbours into which rodents got in and under the house. They have been posinoned and eradicated but the hole needs filling with cement (I assume waterproof cement. She called someone local out and they tried to charge her a ridiculous amount so I simply wanted someone to go round and fill in the holes within the next few days.
