Not a massive job but two small ones which I'd love to get done really well and your reviews suggest that you're a solid, dependable person who works to a high standard.

The first job is a simple shelf hanging onto plasterboard (the shelf is not heavy and comes with all required fittings). The second is some tiling work - I have a small area behind the kitchen sink (plasterboard) that I'd liked tiled. I have the tiles and am happy to purchase recommended grout if necessary. I have a 55 inch TV that I need wall mounting to a masonry wall. I have the fitting and it is a samsung style hanging fitting not a vesa mount. I also have four speaker brackets that need fixing. One to masonry, the others to plasterboard. I have no screws or wall plugs for the speaker brackets but I imagine there are screws etc with the TV mount. (I haven't opened the box so not sure)

Hi, we have multiple jobs, requiring different skills. We are the owner occupiers.

1) boxed in soil pipe on edge of internal wall showing signs of damp. This could either be the soil pipe or the extension roof join directly above. Need boxed in area opening, damp area investigating and fixing ie roof and/or soil pipe

2) 2 additional damp patches on ceiling of single storey dining room extension - investigating and fixing roof /sealant

3) bath sealand around 2 baths and shower are old and discoloured. Want a neat replacement of all silicon sealant for these 3areas

4) external wall mounted white gas meter box cracked and ideally want this replacing

We had a leak in our bathroom (now fixed and has been dry for three months) which meant that we had to pull down part of the ceiling. I would now like the whole ceiling approx 3-4 square meters replaced please. There are three spotlights in the ceiling that would have to be removed and then replaced as the old plasterboard is replaced. thanks.
