I have a mid-terraced house, which requires some cosmetic repair work doing to the pointing on the front of the house only.

I don't have any intention of doing all of the pointing on the entire fascia; I only have some parts of the brickwork where there is very little pointing evident, and in one part in particular there is a hole in the brickwork where a pipe used to protrude from the bathroom.

There is also some broken away pointing along the bottom of the outside wall where damp course has been installed and the pointing has deteriorated a little.
The pointing required is not (I believe) so high that scaffolding will be required.

Our toilet "fill up" has slowed down to a dribble in the bathroom over the last couple of weeks. It sometimes fills up faster but then reverts to a "spray" from one of the plastic cogs. It's a fairly new toilet installed 4 years ago and has plastic fittings inside with a press down flush in the lid. Can you let me have an idea of price and when you can call. Although it's not an emergency (it's just taking 10 minutes for the cistern to fill) it is a bit annoying.

I just need someone to come in & remove skirting boards from 5 walls (approx 15mtr in total) In preperation for someone coming to inject damp proof course. None of the skirtings have radiators or anything obstructng them I just cannot get them off myself. The guy is comingto do the damp on 24/2/12 so it needs done before this date.

gutter clips have broken leaving remaining 1 holding the whole length. flapping in the wind,will come down completely soon

hi,forgot to mention have the relacement brackets.it needs the remains of the snapped brackets screwing out and the new ones screwing in.they are the same so shouldnt need any drilling.cheers vince
