I have 2 built-in appliances, hard wired into the wall. Both appliances have failed so I need to replace them, but cannot remove them because of the way they are wired in. The job involves removing the plinths, removing the cupboard doors, removing the appliances from the power source, replacing with normal sockets to take new appliances, re-installing new appliances, replacing the doors and the plinths

We have a UPVc gutter at the front of our 2 storey house.
At the corner a bracket has come away from the UPVC soffit, which means the corner of the gutter leans up and not slightly down towards the downpipe ! As water cannot travel up - it leaks over the corner of the gutter.
I can see one of the brackets holding the gutter has come away and needs
refitting.
Would do it myself BUT sadly do not like ladders and height.
Job needs doing asap as rainwater pours out of the gutter corner, rather than down the downpipe !

I need someone who can reseal my bathroom. Apparently, it leaks through some of the seal to the flat downstairs.
We've reseal the shower tray but it seems like now it was leaking from elsewhere. I figure out that it's probably getting old and need resealing all together (include the tiles on the wall). I don't think it's a complicated job (since I've done it myself), however due to the fact that this house is not where I lived in at the moment, it will be handy if I can get someone to fix it.
My shower is approx 1mx1.4m size and had 3 side covered with tile which require resealing. I would like to redo the resealing of shower tray as well. The bottom line is, I want it to be water tight as much as possible.
