Hello

I have a lot of minor jobs to be done around the house which I'd prefer to do in one fell swoop. Here is the job spec:

- Cutting (where necessary) and installation of 6 curtain rails - two in three rooms; including a bay window. All rails, brackets, joins, etc. provided.

- Painting the lounge. It'll need two coats; the room is approximately 20' x 20' with high ceilings (about 10'), but only about half of the area will need to be painted, the rest being windows/panels/fireplace. Paint is provided.

- Cutting and installing 2 x MDF radiator covers on to a purpose-build frame. MDF panels are supplied.

- Cutting and installation of one small beech shelf (approx. 3' long). Wood supplied.

- Installation of 2 small lengths of skirting (about 3.5' and 1' respectively), which will need to be built out from the wall with a length of 2x1 behind them. Timber and skirting provided.

- Plastering of a small, unfinished area of wall (about 3 square feet), which is currently in a rough, uneven plastered state. Plaster NOT provided.

- Sanding and varnishing about 10 square metres of old timber floorboards. (The surrounding area is already varnished so it will need to blend in as much as possible, using the same varnish.) Varnish supplied.

All materials (not tools) supplied, apart from the plaster.
