we have a handful of small jobs that we'd like a quote on. Ideally the same person to do them all.

We have a leak from the guttering at the front of the house that needs repairing.
We have a new bathroom window (1st floor) that needs another coat of paint on the outside.
The window guy that fitted the window mentioned that the pointing around the window needs to be patched up.
