I have a list of several smallish jobs that require doing, outdoor work. To the front of the house the walls coping stones need repainting, and some re-fixing where stones are loose. There is quite a large gap between the front door step and the wall-I am unsure as to the best course of action here. There is a small tree growing on the front that I think has grown from a weed that needs removing. The rear yard needs repainting, the out house door rehanging (it's come off one hinge) and some re-pointing to a small area of bricks on the back of the house. It could do with a good power wash to the flags if that can also be done! The two rear window sills also need repainting and are quite awkward to get to.
