So good work will be rewarded with hopefully regular work on the house when needed. The tenant states that her bedroom roof is damp or that roof is leaking may be water penetration from somewhere, needs fixed and that tiles in her bathroom may need replaced or sealed.

I need a quick fix for the following:

-Leaking shower needs new seal
-Ceiling and wall below shower need sorting, bubbling and flaking due to leak
-Shower ceiling needs painting although this is very high and a tight space
-Bedroom ceiling needs a touch up in places due to some brown marks, again this is a high ceiling
-Back bedroom wall needs cleaning/painting due to some black marks on the wall

I just need a general spruce up...but quite quickly!
