I am looking for help refitting 2 curtain poles - their fittings are loose in the brickwork and require refitting and making good so that they remain strong and able to hold heavy curtains in the old brickwork within which they are fixed. For a while we've had a problem in our ceiling that's allowing water to come through. We had a plumber round before who fixed a pipe that burst under the bath, but we still have the occasional leak - we assessed this and found that it's when we have showers - we think it could be gaps around the bath or perhaps under the tap area.

Ideally, we'd like someone to come to fix the problem and give us a practical solution. Preferably someone who can also assess what the actual problem is.

The ceiling as you'll see in the pictures is damaged and will need to be replaced.

Please quote on both labour and materials.

We've had quotes before and found them to be out of our price range, we're looking for a reasonable quote.
